For authorized Style-Craft employees

Your work orders.
Your connected Gmail.

Style-Craft CRM is our private workspace for jobs, estimates, production schedules, crews and documents. Its Gmail connection lets authorized office employees and administrators send reviewed crew work orders from their own Google mailbox.

Gmail connections are currently in limited testing. Routine company sending will begin after Google setup and review are complete.

Connect, review, send

  1. Open Settings → Gmail → Connect Gmail in the CRM.
  2. Sign in on Google’s website and authorize the account you want to use.
  3. Review the work order, sending address, crew recipient and attachments before choosing Send.

Connecting an account or changing a schedule never sends an email automatically. Your CRM login and job permissions stay the same.

Only the access needed to send

The CRM requests permission to identify your Google account and send email. It does not read your inbox, synchronize replies, access Google contacts or delete mail. Replies arrive in your connected Gmail mailbox.

Only the reviewed work order and deliberately selected attachments are sent. Receiving a work order does not give a crew access to the CRM, other jobs or internal conversations.

You stay in control

Settings shows which mailbox is connected, with options to reconnect or disconnect. Automatic Gmail notification emails remain off. A successful send means Google accepted the message; it does not confirm that the recipient received or read it.

Read the Gmail connection privacy notice for details about information used, storage and disconnecting.
